Hi,

could you please advice on below 2 issues:

1. Was performing user account import from csv file, at some point in time it stopped with error message stating not much of explanation (csv_import part). By digging deeper into the configuration, I`ve found that this was caused by company profile limit (reached on import stage).

After multiplying limit by 5 times, I still do have import problems with same resulting error message (even while importing only 1 user from csv).

2. Wanted to change user settings with Bulk Edit Option – create mailbox for several accounts that do not have one. But received error message stating that user cannot be found on domain controller (bulk_edit part).

The mentioned user account does not exist on any of available Domain controllers, thou it was also imported with csv file previously.

Can you tell me what version you are on? Also the company plan section is the section is what limits the amount of users and mailboxes that you can create in a company. If you look at the overview page for that company it will show you the current number of users compared to the current maximum limit allowed. Do both Users and Mailboxes have plenty available?

It sounds like the CSV import may have tried to create the user and when it fails for whatever reason it tries to clean up by removing the user and setting it back to before the import, however it seems it was not removed from the database for whatever reason. Do you think you can reproduce the issue and then go to the Logs folder in CloudPanel and send that to me?

Hi, Jacob.

VERSION: 3.2.330.0

1) Company Plan was set to 1000 Users and 1000 mailboxes on initial configuration stage, after issue appeared I’ve noticed that and increased to 5000 each. Repplied this policy to Company.

2) please see attached log file from CP server regarding BULK EDIT.

@ad-it-dept could you send all of the logs files? This one only seems to include the bulk edit where it can’t find the users but I need to see the import csv logs.
