Long time user of the old version (3.0 version) and just now deploying a new exchange cluster and installed the latest cloudpanel version.

Question is by default, when creating a new user and enabling their mailbox, we noticed the default country is set to Afghanistan.  Is there a way to set the default country for users either by company/reseller or just have it set the default to US for all users?

Thanks

It just defaults to Afghanistan because it is the first one in the list. It doesn’t automatically detect your location and preselect the value for you. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to made it part of the bulk edit and having a system default

Thanks; is it safe to say when you create a company that as long as you choose US when creating the company, that it should choose that same country when creating user accounts inside that company?

I may have answered my own question; I just realized under the Admin account preferences, the country was set as Afghanistan, so that’s probably where all this started from in the first place.

No, I think you are correct. It seems to default to Afghanistan in my testing. We have a new release which will default to the company’s country if it isn’t set which we plan on releasing tomorrow.
