Hello,

It is the version 3.2.0301.0 installed, no I have upgraded, the previous version was 3.2.0.280.0, but I can not say exactly if that came up with the upgrade. I changed the password a few weeks ago and at the end of february I wanted to log into the CloudPanel, but that did not work anymore, then I upgraded to the latest version, but still could not log in. I read later, you have to change the password for the AD sync under “/ admin / setup /” and I get the error.

I have already changed the password to the old one and can log in again, but I still can not call the “/ admin / setup”.

AD sync account and login is the same.

We would need to see the logs if you can attach them (there should be an option for you to attach things privately).

Basically what it usually is:

  • CloudPanel application pool is not using the correct credentials
  • The site is not bound to the correct application pool that is supposed to be used for CloudPanel
  • The username/password on the setup is incorrect

Did you try recycling the application pool?

Hello,

What LOG files do you need?

Have now reset the access data from Apppool and also created a new Apppool, and cloud panel placed on this Apppool, but it always comes only Error 500.

I do not see an option to attach files to this post.

There is a log folder called Logs where CloudPanel is installed. Can you send them to me? Also this looks like it is because you have some invalid settings in the database which is why it is causing the error. Email the logs to support@knowmoreit.com please.
