I get the error Message:
The designation “Get-Mailbox Database” was not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or an executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if the path is correct (if included), and repeat the process.

I tested the command “Get-Mailbox Database” direct at the exchange server and it worked. Where is the problem?

After doing a screen sharing the issue was because the account being used for the application pool and CloudPanel settings didn’t have rights to Exchange. Had to add to the Organization Management security group and Role within Exchange before it started working.

Make sure any account you use has these rights. By default only the user you used to install Exchange has these rights.

Which version of Exchange are you using and what version did you set Exchange to on the CloudPanel settings page?

I have installed Exchange 2013 on Windows Server 2012 R2 and but 2013 on the cloudPanel Settings page.

That really doesn’t make any sense. What server are you pointing it to? Do you have your CAS proxy and mailbox server on the same box? You will need to reproduce the error and email the log files (in a folder called Logs in the CloudPanel directory) to support@knowmoreit.com or you can post on here and select to keep it private.
