[Solved] Room mailbox – autoaccept

I?ve created to resource mailboxes for a customer (room)
The users doesn?t get any confirmation email when inviting the room and the meetings are listed in the room calendar as ?tentative”

When looking in the ECP I can see that the room mailbox is set to ?Use custom settings??
instead of using ?Accept and decline automatically?

Can you explain this further?

Please refer to Microsoft’s documentation on how room mailboxes work:? https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj215781(v=exchg.150).aspx

With CloudPanel there currently is not an option to change the processing type of the calendar for mailboxes. So to change this you need to modify it on the backend (CloudPanel creates the room mailbox with defaults)
