In exchange I am able to select a shared mailbox as a member of a distribution group. However it is not an option in cloud panel. When I try to add the shared mailbox as a member of the distribution group it only lists users and other distribution groups. Is there any way to make the shared mailbox selectable when adding members to a distribution group? We have a client who likes to manage their groups/mailboxes by themselves so we would like to not have to go into exchange each time they need a change made if possible. Thanks!
