i am unable to create a shared mailbox on cloud panel, error code is “Issue creating shared mailbox“.

Did you ever get this resolved? Sometimes this happens if all your databases are either not available or set to be excluded from provisioning.
That error you posted is an error coming directly from Exchange. I’ve seen this issue before and if you try to create a mailbox via ECP it most likely will give you the same error.

What happens when you create a shared mailbox with ECP? All CloudPanel is doing is running the New-Mailbox -Shared powershell command and Exchange is giving that error back.
