Hi,

after adding another user and mailbox, I cannot login to the CloudPanel anymore, the error I’m getting is:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. Details can be found below:
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentOutOfRangeException(ExceptionArgument argument, ExceptionResource resource) at System.SZArrayHelper.get_Item[T](Int32 index) at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.<>c__DisplayClass19_0.<BuildErrorMessages>b__0(Diagnostic error) at System.Linq.Enumerable.WhereSelectArrayIterator`2.MoveNext() at System.Linq.Enumerable.WhereEnumerableIterator`1.MoveNext() at System.Linq.Buffer`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 source) at System.Linq.Enumerable.ToArray[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source) at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.BuildErrorMessages(IEnumerable`1 errors, IList`1 templateLines, IReadOnlyList`1 compilationSource) at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.BuildErrorMessage(EmitResult result, ViewLocationResult viewLocationResult, String sourceCode) at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.<>c__DisplayClass14_0.<GenerateRazorViewFactory>b__0() at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.GetViewInstance(ViewLocationResult viewLocationResult, IRenderContext renderContext, Object model) at System.Dynamic.UpdateDelegates.UpdateAndExecute4[T0,T1,T2,T3,TRet](CallSite site, T0 arg0, T1 arg1, T2 arg2, T3 arg3) at Nancy.ViewEngines.Razor.RazorViewEngine.<>c__DisplayClass9_0.<RenderView>b__0(Stream stream) at Nancy.Responses.MaterialisingResponse.PreExecute(NancyContext context) at Nancy.NancyEngine.<InvokeRequestLifeCycle>d__22.MoveNext()

Any idea what could it be?

Thanks

After a few hours it’s working again with any intervention.

@dol587

What version are you running? It probably started working again because the IIS application pool recycled which reset the application. But it shouldn’t of done that in the first place.

I’m using the version 3.2.0311.0. I just wanted to check the version number and got the same error again, and when I clicked on return to Dashboard I got another one:

Razor Compilation Error
We tried, we really did, but we just can’t compile your view.
We’re sorry ?

@dol587

Can you please recycle the application pool for CloudPanel and see if you can login then? After you login go to the branding section and reapply the branding you have setup.

I just tried to do so, I’m still on the error page, but with this information:
Errors:
[CS1022] Line: 169 Column: 0 – Type or namespace definition, or end-of-file expected (show)
[CS0136] Line: 3 Column: 45 – A local or parameter named ‘branding’ cannot be declared in this scope because that name is used in an enclosing local scope to define a local or parameter (show)

@dol587

I haven’t seen that before. Before we do a screen sharing can you upgrade to the latest (3.2.0315.0)? I think something may be broken with the branding configurations.

Hi,

sorry if I didn’t try these before, but I was away. I just tried to upgrade to the version 3.2.0.315.0, and now I’m getting this error:

Razor Compilation Error

We tried, we really did, but we just can’t compile your view.

We’re sorry ?

@dol587

Sorry for the late response. Did you try emailing support@knowmoreit.com? I assume you already have this resolved since it has been so long.
