Error setting permissions for a resource mailbox

Hello,

we have the following problem when setting the permission for a resource mailbox. When adding a specific user, we get an error message that multiple users/groups match the identity and that we should specify a valid value. After checking in our AD we could not find any name collision, the username is unique. Do you guys have any idea what this could be due to?

Could you reproduce the issue and then upload the CloudPanel log files so I can take a look? The error is coming back from Exchange and those permissions use the SamAccountName which could be conflicting with something.
