[Solved] AD Password

I have changed the domain admin password for a security reason however now I cannot access CP I am sure I need to change the password setting I have changed the service password but still no luck

I am getting a 503 service unavailable error

Sorry for the late reply, our forums have had some issues with notifications. When you change the password that CloudPanel was using, you will need to update three things:

  • Modify the CloudPanel application pool in IIS and update the password
  • Go to https://localhost/cloudpanel/admin/setup from the server it is installed on and update the password on the active directory page
  • Update the service password in services.msc
