[Solved] 403 Error on OWA settings page
Hi,
I installed Cloudpanel and it’s was working fine, until I noticed, that I cannot go to the settings from OWA, when I create an user in cloudpanel. I’m getting an 403 Error with following info:
?403 Sorry! Access denied 🙁 You don’t have permission to open this page. If you’re a new user or were recently assigned credentials, please wait 15 minutes and try again. You’re still signed in. If you want to sign out, use the link below.
When I create a user/mail over ecp it’s fine. Do you have any suggestions?

You probably didn’t check ECP on the mailbox plans in CloudPanel which means it disabled ECP for those users. Check your mailbox plans and if it isn’t checked, check it, then bulk edit the users or go to individual users and save them again in the email section so the new settings will apply
