Just noticed one of our integrations reads AD for the OU=domain_name.com, and of course CP no longer allows full domain as the company code/OU. Any chance of getting that re-instated? TIA. Robert

CloudPAnel does allow this. When creating the company you can specify whatever you want for the company code, it just defaults to using the three characters.

I’m running 3.2.0315, and there’s a syntax error if I enter %DOMAIN%.%TLD% as the company code – it’s the punctuation apparently.

Error

The company code you entered contains invalid characters. Please use letters, numbers, and spaces only.

@techsupport It didn’t use to support variables for the company code I don’t believe. You just literally type in what you want it to be. Whatever you type in will make it the company code

@jdixon – LOL I was not referring to variables, just that any domain name and a period and a tld results in the included error message.

@techsupport Ok sorry, I’m a little slow apparently lol. So the issue is the jquery validation isn’t letting you put the period. I understand now and can add that fairly quickly.

Also, I’ll need to remedy the OU/CompanyCode/CloudPanelDB entries without the full TLD… any tips on all the touch points would be appreciated. R
