Is there an option to add a notes to a reseller and company when you select them? For example, we have clients that have to go into certain mailbox databases, and it would be convenient if we had a notes popup at the top of the page when we select their company for the technicians to know to make sure to select the correct database.

That is a good idea but you know that you can lock a company down to a specific mailbox database: http://kb.knowmoreit.com/how-to/how-to-lock-down-a-company-to-a-database/

Thanks for the clarification–the feature request for notes for each company would definitely be an appreciated feature.
