Is there an option to add a notes to a reseller and company when you select them? For example, we have clients that have to go into certain mailbox databases, and it would be convenient if we had a notes popup at the top of the page when we select their company for the technicians to know to make sure to select the correct database.

Thanks for the clarification–the feature request for notes for each company would definitely be an appreciated feature.
