Workaround |
Unable to open any users in CloudPanel with error: “Unable to render the view. Most likely the Model, or a property on the Model, is null” Workaround: Make sure all global and company retention policies have the description field populated. This is a required field for retention policies but importing retention policies from Exchange will most likely not have this populated. |

Request Private Fix | Importing existing Active Directory distribution groups does not work because no groups are ever shown | 3.2.0256.0 |
Workaround | Clicking the refresh button on the dashboard for the mailbox databases causes an error “Cannot implicitly convert type ‘System.Collections.Generic.List’ to ‘System.Collections.Generic.List'”. Workaround: This issue is resolved in the upcoming release and no public available fix is available for 3.2.0.256.0. A workaround is to use the popout menu at the top right and go to “Databases” and you can refresh the database information there. Also the CloudPanel Service will refresh this information for you over time so you won’t need to click the refresh button. | 3.2.0256.0 |
Workaround | Importing mailbox users with a CSV may complain about the mailbox user limit being exceeded, but the company is clearly under the limit. The problem is a bug causing the system to check ALL of the users in the database for the mailbox count instead of just the mailbox users for that company. Workaround: To work around this issue, temporarily change the plan that the company is using to have a much higher mailbox user limit. For example, if you have a total of 400 mailboxes in CloudPanel across all resellers and companies, then make sure the plan is temporarily increased to above 400. Once you are done importing you can change it back. | 3.2.0256.0 |
