[Solved] rebuild/resynch cloudpanel database
I’ve noticed that some items that are still in cloudpanel no longer exist in the exchange environment / Active Directory.
Is there a way to rebuild/resynchronise the database to get it back up to date.
I’m aware that we ALWAYS have to use the cloudpanel to make changes to the exchange environment, so that’s why I’m astonished by this situation….
it's actually shared mailbox that still appear in the Cloudpanel but do no longer exist in the Active Directory
when i try to delete them in cloudpanel i get:
The operation couldn't be performed because object '4382e715-c66a-41dd-b2e7-bf5620a25ae6' couldn't be found on 'AD01'
The operation couldn't be performed because object 'af01269a-0a0a-4989-ac5e-27d304197021' couldn't be found on 'AD01'.
How do i delete them from the cloudpanel database???
