Hi there,

is it possible to global deactivate the localisation? Or is it possible for me to edit the (in this case) german translation? The german translation is that worse we won’t take it online.

Best regards,

Right now it is googled translated until the translator we hired sends back the documents we sent to them.

Also in the setup you can uncheck enable localization in under the advanced tab. Is the server in english?

Great, will there come an additional update after you got them or will released with the next version?

Thank you! This option is what I was looking for. I disabled localisation now and saved. Even after restarting the IIS-Page it still shows me the translated pages. The server is installed in english but german regional settings.

E.G. if you open up the “permissions”-page in other language then English, you can’t find the “Exchange” group… because its also translated… The save-buttons are that worse translated, everyone in german would think its an “special-offer”-button…

If we can’t modify the localisation, it would be great if there is an option to turn off multi-language support.

Best regards

Can you go to the setup screen, select the advanced tab and uncheck Enable Localization?

Is the primary language on the server in English or German?

The primary system-language is english, but the region is set to germany.

It is picking that up in the application and going off the system default. Give me 1 min and I’ll have a download for you which will default to en-US if localization is enabled instead of defaulting to what the system is set to.

Ok can you please download 3.2.0233.0 RC from the downloads page:  http://knowmoreit.com/releases/

Thank you Jacob! After you got the texts from the translators there will be another update available? The localisation-option itself is a really nice feature and we surely will use it, if the customer can understand the texts 😉

Haha yeah we knew it would be off because it was just Google translated. It was really a placeholder until we got our documents back. What I just posted will default to en-US if localization is disabled but in the header bar it will still show the dropdown at the top until we release another update. Since this is a RC updates will be coming pretty quickly but we have been running this version in-house on our Exchange environment for quite a while now.

Allright, installed the 3.2.0233.0 and this works fine! Thank you so much!
